Custom Orders
All items are custom-made to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details and design approvals before production begins.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been processed.
Design File Requirements
Customer-provided designs must be submitted in an upload-ready format:
PNG
JPG / JPEG
SVG
PDF
Screenshots, photos of screens, or low-resolution images are not accepted.
If a file requires preparation or adjustments for printing, a design fee may apply.
Design Fees
Design Assistance — $15
Applies to:
File cleanup or corrections
Layout adjustments
Minor photo editing
Preparing customer-provided artwork for production
Screenshots or non-print-ready files
Custom Design Creation — $35
Applies when:
The customer does not have a design
No clear concept or layout is provided
A design must be created from scratch
This includes creative direction and the initial concept design. Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity or revisions.
Vinyl Color Options
To maintain consistent quality, efficiency, and pricing, Versatile Society offers a curated selection of vinyl colors included with customization. Vinyl color availability may vary by item or bundle tier.

Specialty & Non-Standard Vinyl
Specialty vinyl such as metallic, glitter, holographic, color-shift, or special-order colors may require an additional fee.
Specialty or special-order vinyl: +$10
Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 3–7 business days depending on order size and customization requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.
