Custom Orders
All items are custom-made to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details and design approvals before production begins.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been processed.
Design File Requirements
If you have a photo, logo, screenshot, or inspiration image, mention it in your order details. We will contact you after your order to collect the file if needed.
Accepted file types may include:
PNG
JPG / JPEG
SVG
PDF
Low-resolution images, screenshots of screens, or files that require extensive cleanup may result in an additional design fee.
Design Fees
Design Assistance — $15
Applies to:
File cleanup or corrections
Layout adjustments
Minor photo editing
Preparing customer-provided artwork for production
Screenshots or non-print-ready files
Custom Design Creation — $35
Applies when:
The customer does not have a design
No clear concept or layout is provided
A design must be created from scratch
This includes creative direction and the initial concept design. Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity or revisions.
Vinyl Color Options
Available vinyl colors will be shown with the product options when applicable. Color availability may vary by item and stock.
Specialty & Non-Standard Vinyl
Metallic, glitter, holographic, color-shift, or special-order vinyl may require an additional fee.
Specialty or special-order vinyl: +$10
Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 3–7 business days depending on order size and customization requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.
