All items from Versatile Society are custom made and personalized to order.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at versatilesociety704@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If a mistake was made on our end, we will gladly remake the item or provide a replacement.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
